Year 13 IB Visual Arts Exhibition
Exhibition of works by 30 young artists and designers
The International Baccalaureate (IB) offers a high degree of autonomy in artistic practice and enables students to thrive through the creation, performance and presentation of a variety of art forms that allow them to develop and express their feelings, experiences and ideas. As part of the programme, students engage in personal art practice over two school years, exploring and comparing their own culture with that of others, and creating original work from this exchange.
This exhibition is a celebration of the completion of this course. The students are the creators and curators of the course as part of their degree requirements. They will be present at the vernissage on 21 March from 16:30 to share their experiences and creative moments.
You will be able to discover the artistic universe of each student. The exhibition will feature a variation of mediums, modes of expression, and fields in art, design and architecture.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Centre des arts and discovering this first major exhibition for this promising young generation.
