La Grande Boissière Students' Exhibition

From 24 May to 27 June 2021, this exhibition brought together the visual art work of students from the three schools on our campus: Primary, Middle and Secondary School. We have chosen to display the works across grades and schools to show the connections between the projects and to highlight artistic growth and development.

The Primary School students first made circles of different coloured paper. They then passed them on to the Secondary School student to make linocut prints. Finally, the Middle School students enhanced the creations with shades and contrasts using the knowledge they had acquired in a colour theory course.

This colourful project is a great example of collaboration, interaction across year groups and progression.
